The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a spraying aid, namely preparing an inorganic acid, acid anhydride or an acid type inorganic salt into an aqueous liquid; (2) spraying the prepared aid to the surface of potassium sulfate; (3) spraying an aqueous liquid of surfactants to the surface of the potassium sulfate subjected to aid spraying; (4) drying wet potassium sulfate on which the aid and aqueous liquid of surfactants are sprayed; and (5) crushing the potassium sulfate product, and packaging to obtain a finished product. The processing technology is simple, a small amount of aids are sprayed on the basis that the original potassium sulfate production process is not changed, the surface performance of the potassium sulfate is changed, namely an instant potassium sulfate product is obtained, and the defect that the potassium sulfate is agglomerated due to moisture absorption in the storage process is overcome according to the obtained product.
