Abstract

The invention relates to a method for synthesizing a glucose-containing temperature-sensitive copolymer by adopting an RAFT (Reversible Addition-Fragmentation chain Transfer) process. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving divinyl succinate and glucose in a solvent, adding alkaline protease, and stirring to react at 35-55 DEG C for 3-5 days to obtain vinyl succinate glucose (OVSG); dissolving the OVSG and dimethoxypolyethylene glycol methacrylate (DEGMA) in the solvent, adding an initiator and a chain transfer agent, reacting in an oil bath with temperature of 55-90 DEG C under the protection of nitrogen for 8-15 hours, stopping reaction, and purifying to obtain the glucose-containing temperature-sensitive copolymer. According to the method, the glucose-containing temperature-sensitive copolymer is synthesized by adopting the RAFT process, the synthetic reaction is stably carried out, the implosion cannot occur, and the molecular weight dispersion width of the reaction product is small; the method has the characteristics of being simple to operate and remarkable in effect; the obtained copolymer micelle is biocompatible and relatively low in toxicity, and can be widely used in the field of biomedicines.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of preparation of temperature-sensitive materials, and particularly relates to a method for synthesizing a temperature-sensitive copolymer containing glucose by a RAFT method. Background technique [0002] Sugar-containing polymers have become a research hotspot in biomedicine and other fields due to their good hydrophilicity, biocompatibility and easy degradability. At the same time, polymers formed from oligoethylene glycol monomers have good temperature sensitivity and excellent biocompatibility, and have been widely used in biomedicine, protein modification and other fields. [0003] Rizzardo made a report on "Tailored polymers by free radical processes" at the 37th International Polymer Conference, and proposed the concept of reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer radical polymerization (RAFT) for the first time. In the traditional free radical polymerization system, the concentration of free radicals is high...
