Embodiment 1

[0026] Example 1: Antibacterial protein antibacterial effect on different types of bacteria

[0027] The antimicrobial protein prepared is measured for its antibacterial effect by the filter paper method, and the experiment proves that the antibacterial protein prepared by the present invention has a good antibacterial effect on Gram-positive bacteria, and has a good antibacterial effect on Bacillus subtilis, golden The diameter of the inhibition zone of Staphylococcus aureus is up to 10mm, but it has no inhibitory effect on Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli.

Embodiment 2

[0028] Embodiment two: the influence of different pH on the antibacterial effect of antibacterial protein

[0029] Using the antibacterial protein produced by the present invention, its bacteriostatic effect is measured by the filter paper method. As a result, the bacteriostatic zone with a pH of 2.5 is the largest, and when the pH is 5.6, there is almost no bacteriostatic effect.

Embodiment 3

[0030] Embodiment three: the influence of different temperatures on the antibacterial effect of antibacterial protein

[0031] The extracted antibacterial protein was measured at different temperatures by the filter paper method to measure the size of the inhibition zone, and it was found that the inhibition zone was the largest at 30°C, and there was no antibacterial effect when it exceeded 45°C.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method of extracting an antifungal protein by using cryptococcus laurentii JYZ4 and an application of the method. Some protein-like killer factors can be generated by means of saccharomycetes to have the killing effect to some sensitive microorganisms. The antifungal protein extracted from cryptococcus laurentii JYZ4 has the killing effect to some sensitive gram positive bacteria such as bacillus and staphylococcus aureus but is not remarkable in bacteriostatic action to gram negative bacteria. The antifungal protein provided by the invention has the advantages that the antifungal protein is good in antibacterial effect, and has a good antibacterial effect to gram-positive bacteria such as bacillus under room temperature condition but is free from bacteriostatic action at a temperature higher than 45 DEG C. The antibacterial substance belongs to proteins and is free from toxic and side effects to a human body, so that the antifungal protein has important practical meaning in the fields of medical treatment and food fresh keeping.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of antibacterial drugs, and more specifically relates to a method for extracting antibacterial proteins by using Cryptococcus laurentis JYZ4. Background technique [0002] In the prior art, antibiotics are mainly relied on to inhibit bacteria. However, due to the widespread use of drugs such as antibiotics, the phenomenon of bacterial resistance is very common. For example, Staphylococcus aureus can develop resistance to existing penicillins and cephalosporins because it can synthesize β-lactamase itself. [0003] In addition, because antibiotics are very easy to produce residues in the human body, the side effects on the human body are obvious. [0004] To sum up, it is of great significance to develop new drugs and find new ways to meet the needs of microorganisms in medicine and food preservation. Contents of the invention [0005] The technical problem to be solved by the present inve...
