The cutting fluid is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 to 3 parts of polyethylene glycol monooleate, 4 to 6 parts of sulfonated castor oil, 1 to 2 parts of maleic anhydride, 2 to 3 parts of morpholine, 3 to 5 parts of ethylene glycol, 3 to 5 parts of methyl methacrylate, 8 to 10 parts of nano-graphite, 3 to 5 parts of OP-10, 2 to 3 parts of oleic acid, 5 to 7 parts of auxiliaries and 200 parts of deionized water. The cutting fluid is scientific and reasonable in formula, wherein the high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and good lubricating performance of the cutting fluid are realized due to the addition of the nano-graphite; the abrasion resistance, dispersibility, lubricating performance and film-forming performance of the cutting fluid are further enhanced due to the added auxiliaries.
