Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a dictyophora indusiata polysaccharide-zinc chelate with antitumor activity. The method comprises the following steps of (1) extracting dictyophora indusiata polysaccharide; (2) separating the dictyophora indusiata polysaccharide; (3) purifying the dictyophora indusiata polysaccharide; (4) adding an inorganic zinc source in a dictyophora indusiata polysaccharide solution to carry out chelation reaction; (5) carrying out alcohol precipitation; and (6) carrying out freeze drying to obtain the dictyophora indusiata polysaccharide-zinc chelate. The dictyophora indusiata polysaccharide-zinc chelate researched by the invention is effectively applied to preparation of zinc supplementing health products and medicines; and proven by an MTT method, a flow cytometry method, a Hoechst33258 staining method and a DNALadder and JC-1 staining method, the chelate has remarkable antitumor bioactivity so as to be expected to become an efficient and low-toxicity drug for treating cancers particularly liver cancer.
