Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing biochar based slow release fertilizers by utilizing Chinese torreya shells and sorghum straws. The method is characterized by taking the Chinese torreya shells and the sorghum straws as raw materials to prepare modified biochar through anaerobic pyrolysis and then mixing the modified biochar with cow dung biogas residues, chemical fertilizers, urease inhibitors, nitrification inhibitors, and the like, thus preparing high-efficiency slow release fertilizers. The prepared slow release fertilizers are simple in production process, accessible in raw materials and low in production cost, can not only conduce to effectively increasing the use ratios of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium and reducing nutrient loss but also conduce to improving the soil quality and the agricultural product quality, and are beneficial to benign development of agricultural ecosystems.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of biochar-based fertilizers, in particular to a method for preparing biochar-based slow-release fertilizers by using Chinese torreya husks / sorghum stalks. Background technique [0002] According to statistics, the annual consumption of chemical fertilizers in my country has reached 42.14 million tons, with an average of 368 kg / hm 2 , and there is still an irrational structure in the application process of chemical fertilizers, and the utilization rate of chemical fertilizers is extremely low. According to data, the average utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer in my country is only 30% to 40%, phosphate fertilizer is only 10% to 20%, and potassium fertilizer is only 35% to 50%. The loss of chemical fertilizers not only increases production costs, but also causes eutrophication of lakes, reservoirs, rivers and other water bodies, changes in soil properties, decline in productivity, and decl...
