The cold-applied water-based crack pouring sealant disclosed by the invention is high-performance and high-solid-content emulsified modified asphalt of which the solid content is as high as 70% to 85% and the softening point of evaporation residues is larger than 90 DEG C, and construction can be carried out when the air temperature is not lower than 0 DEG C. The cold-applied water-based crack pouring sealant is good in fluidity at normal temperature, can be well poured into cracks without being heated or opening the cracks and is good in wear resistance, impact resistance and cracking resistance, good in heat resistance, fusion adhesion resistance and ultraviolet radiation resistance at a high temperature, energy-saving, environment-friendly, low in cost and convenient to use.
