The invention discloses a variable-water-volume operation regulating method for an open multi-water-pump transmission and distribution system. The operation regulating method comprises the following steps: fitting the single-water-pump equipment performance constants, so as to obtain the single-water-pump head as well as the relation between the single-water-pump efficiency and the flow rate variation; according to a pipeline resistance expression, calculating the pipeline network impedance; drawing a single-water-pump characteristic curve, a single-water-pump efficiency curve, a multi-water-pump parallel characteristic curve, as well as a transmission and distribution system pipeline network characteristic curve; according to the determined flow rate of the transmission and distribution system, acquiring different corresponding non-designed operating points and calculating the quantity of applied water pumps by adopting a valve throttling control method and a water pump variable-speed control method respectively; calculating the water pump efficiency of the different operating points, so as to obtain the energy consumption values of the transmission and distribution system; and comparing the energy consumption values based on the different control methods, and selecting the control method with the minimum energy consumption as the operation regulating method. Provided is a soilless culture method for red cluster peppers. The method includes the steps that culture beds are built in a selected land parcel, and water and nutrient solution supply systems are built in the culture beds in a matched mode; widespread crop straw, animal dung, pond sludge and the like abandoned in rural areas serve as raw materials and are fermented to prepare a production culture medium rich in nutrition, high in quality and low in price; the culture medium is put into the seedling beds, and red cluster pepper seedlings are planted in the seedling beds; corresponding fertilizer is applied in a matched mode according to the demands of various growth stages of red cluster pepper seedling plants, and fertilizer and corresponding water are prepared into a nutrient solution in a water storage tank. Water and the nutrient solution absorbed in the growth process of the red cluster peppers are conveyed to the roots of the plants through trickle irrigation pipelines, a layer of plastic film is laid in each culture bed, the loss of the applied water and nutrient solution is effectively avoided, the red cluster peppers can absorb and utilize almost all the conveyed water and nutrient solution, and the water and fertilizer use ratio is very high. Meanwhile, once the water supply systems are started, the nutrient solution can be completely conveyed in place just in several seconds, centralized fertilization is achieved, and time and trouble are saved.

The method comprises the steps that carbon-containing materials are subjected to carbonation-activation, then a porous carbon material with the high specific surface area and rich pore structure is prepared, the material is used for conducting coupling processing on the high-concentration organic waste water and heavy metal waste water, and hydrogen-enriched gas is prepared. The porous carbon material prepared from carbon-containing waste is used for adsorption and enrichment of organic matter and heavy metal ions in the high-concentration organic waste water and heavy metal waste water, removal of the heavy metal and organic matter is achieved. The porous carbon material adsorbing the heavy metal ions is subjected to high-temperature calcining, a supported carbon-based catalyst is prepared, the catalyst is used for conducting catalytic reforming on the organic matter desorbed from porous carbon absorbing the organic matter, and the hydrogen-enriched gas is obtained. After the porous carbon absorbing and enriching the organic matter performs desorption completely, the porous carbon is circularly applied to adsorption of the high-concentration organic waste water, and inactivated carbon-based catalyst recycles the heavy metal through oxidizing roasting. In the catalytic reforming test, the applied water source is water separated out after adsorption is completed, and then the purposes of using waste to treat waste and achieving resourceregeneration are achieved.
