Embodiment 1

[0026] Example 1 The preparation and quality inspection of pure sporopollen of Isora fumigatus

[0027] S1: Primary solid culture, take conidia from the slant of I. fumigatus IfB01 strain and inoculate them on a PDA (200g potato, 20g glucose, 10-15g agar, 1000 mL water) plate, culture in an incubator at 25°C About 2 weeks, scrape off the conidia and set aside.

[0028] S2: Secondary liquid culture, take the conidia cultured above, suspend them in sterile 0.02% (v / v) Tween-80 solution, and inoculate them in PD liquid medium (potato 200g, glucose 20g, water 1000 mL) at 25±1°C, shaken at 170 r / min for 48 h to prepare the seed solution for later use.

[0029] S3: Tertiary rice fermentation spore production culture, soak the rice in water for two days, put it into a polypropylene plastic bag, sterilize it under high temperature and high pressure, inoculate the above seed liquid, culture it at 25±1℃ for 2 weeks, and then use sterile The spores were eluted with water, separated by ...

Embodiment 2

[0034] Example 2 Screening of wettable powder carrier and adjuvant for Isychelium fumigatus conidia conidia

[0035] Pure sporopollen for testing: the pure sporopollen prepared in Example 1.

[0036] The test carriers: diatomite (Diatormite), light calcium carbonate (Light calcium carbonate), white carbon black (White carbon black), kaoline (Kaoline) were purchased from Guangzhou Dongju Experimental Instrument Co., Ltd.

[0037] The tested wetting agent: sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (DBS-Na) (Tianjin Damao Chemical Reagent Factory), Dispwet WP-410, and Morwet EFW were purchased from Nanjing Jierun Technology Co., Ltd.

[0038] Dispersant to be tested: 888 wetting and dispersing agent (Jiangsu Wuxi Xinxin Auxiliary Co., Ltd.), EFW-425 and BorresperseNA were purchased from Nanjing Jierun Technology Co., Ltd.

[0039] Test stabilizers: sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC-Na, Tianjin Damao Chemical Reagent Factory), Xanthan Gum (Xanthan Gum) (Beijing Solarbio Science & Technolog...

Embodiment 3

[0079] Example 3 Preparation and performance testing of 20% wettable powder of I. fumigatus conidia conidia

[0080] 1. Preparation of 20% wettable powder of I. fumigatus conidia conidia

[0081] The pure sporopollen prepared in Example 1 is uniformly mixed with dispersant EFW-425, wetting agent Morwet EF-W, stabilizer xanthan gum, ultraviolet protective agent UV-328, and carrier white carbon black. The mass fraction of each component is: 20% of pure sporopollen of I. fumoscens, 3% of Morwet EFW, 7% of EFW-425, 2% of xanthan gum, 1% of UV-328, and 67% of white carbon black. %.

[0082] 2. The performance test of 20% I. fumigatus conidia wettable powder, the process is as follows:

[0083] (1) Conidia content: Mix the preparation thoroughly and evenly, weigh 1.0 g of the sample, place it in a 150 mL Erlenmeyer flask, add about 100 mL of sterile water, and oscillate to disperse evenly. Then count the number of spores on a hemocytometer and repeat 3 times.

[0084] (2) Germi...

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of biological control of insect pests and particularly discloses isaria fumosorosea conidia wettable powder. The isaria fumosorosea conidia wettable powder is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 15-25% of conidia pure spore powder of isaria fumosorosea conidia IfB01, 1-5% of a wetting agent, 5-10% of a dispersant, 0.5-1.5% of an ultraviolet protective agent, 1-3% of a stabilizer and 60-74% of a carrier, wherein the carrier is white carbon black. The wettable powder can be used for preventing and treating bemisia tabaci and according to the indoor toxicity, the medial lethal concentration LC50 on the 13th day of treatment is 0.04*10<6> spores/mL while that of the pure spore powder is 0.07*10<6> spores/mL; the half lethal time LT50 when the concentration is 1*10<6> spore/mL is 8.76 days while that of the pure spore powder is 9.25 days. Treated by 2*10<7> spore/mL, for bemisia tabaci on tomatoes and cabbage mustards treated on the 14th days, the field control efficiencies are respectively 82.73% and 66.58% which are remarkably higher than those of other treatment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of pest biological control, and more specifically relates to a wettable powder of conidia of I. fumigatus and an application thereof. Background technique [0002] Chemical control is currently the main method of controlling pests. However, the large-scale application of chemical pesticides pollutes the environment, affects food safety, and causes pests to develop resistance to pesticides, causing pests to rampant again. Therefore, for the sustainable development of agriculture, it is imperative to popularize and apply pest biological control technology. [0003] Entomogenic fungi are rich in resources, non-toxic to humans and animals, will not cause environmental pollution, and are effective against piercing-sucking mouthparts pests, and have unique advantages that are different from bacterial and viral insecticides. Therefore, fungal insecticides play an important role in the biological control of pests. ...
