Problems solved by technology

At present, the research on the coaxial parallel hybrid gas heat pump is mainly based on the multi-stage transmission ratio drive system, which uses different gears to form several fixed variable transmission ratios, which cannot meet the continuous change between the engine speed and the heat pump load. Matching, only constantly changing gears or changing the speed of the engine, the result is that the engine is out of the optimum working area, the power is reduced, the gas consumption is increased, and the pollution is aggravated

Abstract

The invention discloses a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission)-based coaxial parallel hybrid power gas heat pump system, and relates to a novel air conditioning system for combining a CVT device and a hybrid power gas heat pump system into an organic whole body. The system comprises a CVT device, an engine, a motor, a lithium iron phosphate battery pack, a compressor, an evaporator, a condenser, a waste heat recovery system and the like. The power of the engine and the motor is coupled and then transferred to a drive shaft through a hydraulic torque converter of the CVT, a metal belt type continuously variable transmission mechanism and a main speed reducer to drive the compressor in the heat pump system to operate. The transmission ratio in the drive system is adjusted by controlling hydraulic pressure in driving and driven belt wheel cylinders so as to change working radius on driving and driven belt wheels, and continuously variable transmission can be realized in an equivalent wide range, so that the optimal matching of the transmission system and the working condition of the engine is obtained, and the gas economy of the entire heat pump system is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a novel hybrid gas heat pump air conditioning system, in particular to a transmission system of a hybrid gas heat pump based on CVT infinitely variable speed, and belongs to the technical field of air conditioner manufacturing. Background technique [0002] Since the beginning of the 21st century, energy and the environment have become strategic issues that countries urgently need to solve. As a clean energy source, natural gas will be a major trend in future energy development. Therefore, it will be particularly important to develop new and efficient air-conditioning equipment driven by natural gas. A gas heat pump is a device that uses natural gas to drive a gas engine and drive a compressor to achieve refrigeration and heating cycles. However, when running at low load, the engine will deviate from the economic zone of operation, resulting in a decrease in thermal efficiency. Hybrid gas heat pump is a new type of air condit...
