Problems solved by technology

However, at present, antibiotics are widely used in large quantities, which leads to the continuous improvement of drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria, and the continuous occurrence of secondary infections and mixed infections. Therefore, it is necessary to select corresponding drugs for different types of pathogenic bacteria
However, there are often more than one pathogenic bacteria that cause skin diseases, and various drugs need to be used in combination. Different drugs have different effects and pharmacology, and they will interfere with each other. The treatment effect is not good, and it takes a lot of time and money for disease patients. Still can't achieve ideal curative effect

Abstract

The invention discloses a dermatomycosis treatment emulsifiable paste which comprises the following raw materials by weight: an A component comprising 2.0% of miconazole nitrate, 0.2-0.5% of clobetasol propionate, 2.0-5.0% of dimethyl sulfoxide and 4.0-6.0% of propylene glycol; a B component comprising 1.0-3.0% of menthol, 1.0-3.0% of camphor and 0.4-0.6% of borneol; a C component comprising 2.0-5.0% of an emulsifying thickener; a D component comprising 0.2-0.3% of a DMDMH preservative and 0.5% of the essence; and balance water. The emulsifiable paste preparation method is as follows: according to the dosage, mixing the miconazole nitrate and the clobetasol propionate in the A component, heating for dissolving the mixed miconazole nitrate and clobetasol propionate with the propylene glycol, then adding into the dimethyl sulfoxide for fully dissolving, then mixing and stirring with menthol, camphor and borneol melt of the B component; then slowly adding the emulsifying thickener into the water, stirring while adding, after the completion of the adding, homogenizing for 15 minutes to obtain the C component; and finally mixing and homogenizing the A, B, C and D components into a paste, and filling to obtain the dermatomycosis treatment emulsifiable paste. The dermatomycosis treatment emulsifiable paste can be used in the treatment of a variety of fungal infection caused skin diseases.
