The preparation method comprises the steps: (1) grinding the plant fiber and drying; (2) washing the thermoplastic plastic material and drying; (3) mixing the plant fiber and the thermoplastic plastic material; (4) putting a primary mixture obtained in the step (3) in a melt extruding machine, and simultaneously adding the flame retardant and the reinforcing material, thus obtaining first melting charge; (5) injecting the first melting charge prepared in the step (4) into a high temperature blender, thus obtaining second melting charge; (6) carrying out high temperature oil pressure molding on the second melting charge prepared in the step (5) by using an oil press to obtain a molding plate; and (7) trimming and sanding the molding plate to obtain the finished product.
