Abstract

The invention discloses an irreversible electroporation system which comprises an upper-layer information management unit and a main high-voltage pulse discharge loop. The upper-layer information management unit transmits a control signal to the main high-voltage pulse discharge loop through a high-frequency pulse generation control unit, a time sequence function control unit, a first photoelectric isolation unit and a power amplifying circuit. The main high-voltage pulse discharge loop returns a feedback signal to the upper-layer information management unit through a voltage and current detection circuit, a second photoelectric isolation unit and a signal filtering unit. The irreversible electroporation system adopts nanosecond rising edge of high-voltage pulses to conduct nanometer-magnitude electroporation on the outer membranes of biological cells and achieves the inactivation effect on the biological cells. The system is applied to tumor therapy, not only can achieve tumor cell inactivation treatment, but also can achieve the effects of minimal invasion and non-thermal deposition, produces small harm to the surrounding tissues and can treat certain cancers which cannot be treated operatively.
