Embodiment 1

[0048] S1, provide 20g of graphene material, add 500ml of concentrated sulfuric acid to the flask in an ice-water bath, then add 20g of graphene material, 10g of sodium nitrate (NaNO 3 ), slowly add 50g potassium permanganate (KMnO 4 ), react at 40°C for 1h, then add deionized water, control the system temperature and react at 80°C for 45min. Add deionized water to dilute, and add hydrogen peroxide (H 2 o 2 ) to terminate the reaction, then wash the product with dilute hydrochloric acid (HCl) to remove metal ions, and wash it with deionized water to neutrality, and dry the obtained product at room temperature or freeze-dry to obtain a carboxyl-containing graphene oxide material.

Abstract

The invention provides a wear-resistant eco-environment protective lubricating oil. The lubricating oil comprises the following components by weight: 89 to 95% of hindered polyol ester and 1 to 10% of a modified graphite material additive, wherein the hindered polyol ester is synthesized by esterification of polyol and long-chain aliphatic acid, and the modified graphite material additive is prepared by grafting a carboxyl group on a graphite material and reacting the grafted graphite material with polyol. The modified graphite material additive is modified by using polyol identical to a base oil raw material of the lubricating oil and added into a synthesis reaction vessel of the hindered polyol ester during synthesis of the hindered polyol ester, so the modified graphite material additive can be uniformly mixed with the hindered polyol ester. The invention further provides a preparation method for the wear-resistant eco-environment protective lubricating oil, and the modified graphite material additive used for the lubricating oil and a preparation method thereof.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of lubricating oil, in particular to a wear-resistant, eco-friendly lubricating oil containing graphite material additives, a modified graphite material additive for lubricating oil and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of modern industry and the increasingly prominent environmental problems, the requirements for the reliability, service life, biodegradability and non-toxicity of lubricating oil are getting higher and higher, and the traditional mineral-based lubricating oil has been difficult to meet these stringent requirements. Lubricating oils prepared from vegetable oils (that is, ester lubricating oils) have been developed rapidly, and the good high and low temperature resistance of pentaerythritol ester lubricating oils has attracted people's attention. Ester lubricating oil not only meets the requirements of oil performance specifications, but also can be d...
