Problems solved by technology

[0005] 1. The earthworm biofilter with a single filter material such as spherical ceramsite or wood filler can withstand 4-6m 3 / (m 2 ? d) the hydraulic load; however, higher hydraulic scouring will cause stress to earthworms, which is not conducive to the growth and reproduction of earthworms and the performance of physiological and ecological functions, thus affecting the long-term stable operation of the system
[0006] 2. The earthworm biofilter with composite filter materials such as sawdust, moss peat soil, and volcanic rock particles can provide a good living environment for earthworms and improve the sewage treatment effect of the system; however, the void ratio of wood chips and moss peat soil is small. The hydraulic load that can be tolerated is low, and it is prone to clogging, so it is limited in engineering application and promotion
[0007] 3. The integrated technology of submerged biological packing bed or artificial wetland and other sewage treatment technologies combined with earthworm biofilters has problems such as complex process, high construction and operation costs, and difficult management, which is not conducive to the limited funds of this technology. The use and promotion of rural areas

Embodiment 1

[0029] Example 1 : Treatment of domestic sewage in a model village with a treatment scale of 50m 3 / d.

[0030] Such as figure 1 As shown, the earthworm biological filter of the present invention has a cylindrical shape, and can be a hybrid structure of brick structure, steel structure, reinforced concrete structure or steel frame structure. From top to bottom, it consists of rotating water distributor 1, elastic packing layer 2, biological ceramsite filter layer 3, first spacer layer 4, activated zeolite filter layer 5, second spacer layer 6, volcanic rock particle filter layer 7 and sedimentation tank 8 Composition; the supporting frame bottom plate of the biological ceramsite filter layer 3, the activated zeolite filter layer 5 and the volcanic rock particle filter layer 7 are all stainless steel frame bottom plates 9 consolidated with the inner wall of the filter, and the bottom plate is covered with a stainless steel filter with a pore size of 2 mm 10. Among them, the dia...

Abstract

The invention provides a bacterial earthworm filter for synchronous treatment of sewage and sludge. The bacterial earthworm filter comprises a pool body, wherein a rotary water distributing device, an elastic filler layer, a biological ceramsite filter layer, a first spacer layer, an activated zeolite filter layer, a second spacer layer, a volcanic rock particle filter layer and a sedimentation tank are sequentially arranged in the pool body from top to bottom. The lower parts of the biological ceramsite filter, the activated zeolite filter layer and the volcanic rock particle filter layer are all provided with supporting frame base plates, the supporting frame base plates are all fixed to the inner wall of the pool body and are covered with stainless steel filter screens with 1-2 mm apertures. Eisenia fetida are inoculated in the filter layers according to the inoculation density of 12-30 g eisenia fetida per liter of filter materials. The invention further provides an application method of the bacterial earthworm filter. Synchronous treatment of domestic sewage and sludge is achieved under the combined effect of earthworms, microbes and the filter materials. The bacterial earthworm filter is simple in process, low in construction cost and operation cost, convenient to manage and free of secondary pollution.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of water treatment and relates to a sewage treatment device, in particular to an earthworm biofilter for synchronous treatment of sewage sludge and its application. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the rapid development of my country's social economy, the construction scale of villages and towns has continued to expand, and the number of new residential quarters has increased. However, due to the weak economy in my country's villages and towns, relatively scattered residences, imperfect drainage network and lack of sewage treatment technology tailored to local conditions, more than 90% of the domestic sewage of residents is directly discharged to nearby water bodies without any treatment, causing water environment pollution. , thereby causing potential harm to human health. Therefore, how to economically and effectively solve the on-site sewage treatment in villages and towns and realize the rationa...
