The bioorganic fertilizer comprises, by mass, 10-20 parts of attapulgite, 40-60 parts of cow dung, 15-30 parts of chicken manure, 10-20 parts of crop straws, 5-10 parts of plant ash, and 0.05-0.5 parts of a bioactive inoculant. The production method of the bioorganic fertilizer comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the bioactive inoculant with a small amount of attapulgite, chicken manure and cow dung, carrying out spreading cultivation on the above obtained mixture, stacking the spreading cultivated material and remaining raw materials, controlling the water content and the carbon-to-nitrogen ratio, and carrying out high temperature aerobic fermentation to obtain the bioorganic fertilizer.
