Abstract

The invention relates to a high-efficiency composting microbial inoculum based on gradient conversion of organic matters into human excrement PPLC as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of excrement composting treatment. The problems that an existing fungicide is low in human excrement treatment speed, large in nitrogen loss and the like are solved. The method comprises the following steps: mixing a mixed microorganism bacterium solution consisting of bacillus altitudinis, bacillus halotolerant, bacillus methylotrophicus, azotobacter chroococcum, bacillus cereus, candida utilis and bacillus amyloliquefaciens with an immobilized carrier to prepare the immobilized microbial agent which can be applied to treatment of human excrement in the latrine; and the main components such as protein, soluble polysaccharide, grease, cellulose and the like are converted in a gradient manner. The efficient composting microbial inoculum obtained by the invention is used for degrading human excrement, so that the content of COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) and ammonia nitrogen in the excrement can be reduced, the loss of nitrogen in the composting process of the human excrement is reduced, the temperature rise stage of composting can be quickly reached, the composting process of the excrement is accelerated, the composting time is shortened, and the resourceful treatment of the human excrement is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a high-efficiency composting inoculant based on PPLC of organic matter cascade transformation of human excrement, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of excrement composting treatment. Background technique [0002] In most rural areas of our country, dry toilets are still widely used, and the excrement inside the toilets often accumulates in the pits and cannot be treated in time, causing a series of environmental pollution problems. Therefore, the research and development of the rapid resource processing technology of human excrement becomes more and more important. [0003] Human feces are mainly feces and urine, and the main components of feces are protein, polysaccharide, cellulose, and oil. Therefore, bacterial agents can be screened for the above-mentioned organic macromolecular target substances. [0004] At present, many people in China have focused on the research and devel...
