The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: oxidization of asphalt to a softening point of 80 to 90 DEG C; metering and conveying of the asphalt to a material mixing tank; heating to about 240 DEG C; addition of 20 to 40% of talcum powder, wherein the talcum powder is a filling material used for improving stability of heat and atmosphere, and the softening point is increased by 1 DEG C when every 5% of talcum powder is added; uniform stirring in the material mixing tank until surface bubbles disappear; heat preservation of a cementing material and standing of the cementing material for subsequent usage; addition of the cementing material (wherein the dip-coating amount of the cementing material is controlled by using a roller press) and carcass into a dip-coating pool with a temperature of 180 to 220 DEG C; spreading of sand with a spreader; compaction; metering; cooling; storage; rolling; packaging; and warehousing.
