Embodiment 1

[0027] Preparation of silver nitrate solution: adjust the pH of water to 2, 4, and 6 with nitric acid, and add quantitative AgNO to the water after acid adjustment 3 , prepare 10mol / L AgNO 3 solution to determine the Ag content.

[0028] Preparation of ion-exchange fibers: Take 4g of polyacrylonitrile fibers, 100ml of ethylene glycol, and 10g of aminopyridine reagents, heat them to 130°C, stir slowly, and wash them with distilled water after 12 hours of reaction; take the cleaned fibers and add 1,2- Dichloroethane 100ml, hydroxylamine 10g, add appropriate amount of hydroxylamine, heat to 80°C, stir slowly, react for 8 hours, wash with 1mol / L HCl, then fully wash with distilled water, drain and take out for later use. Take 2.5 g of dried fiber and pack it into a chromatography column. Take the 10mol / L AgNO prepared above 3 100ml of the solution was slowly passed through the column at a speed of 1BV / h.

[0029] The moisture content of the ion-exchange fiber after drying is 6...

Embodiment 2

[0031] Preparation of silver nitrate solution: adjust the pH of water to 4 with nitric acid, and add different masses of AgNO to the acid-adjusted water 3 , prepare 1mol / L, 10mol / L, 20mol / L AgNO 3 solution to determine the Ag content.

[0032] Other operations are as in Example 1.

[0033] The Ag content in the effluent was undetectable, and the prepared fiber material had a good extraction effect in this concentration range.

Embodiment 3

[0035] Preparation of silver nitrate solution: adjust the pH of the water to 4 with nitric acid, and add a certain amount of AgNO to the acid-adjusted water 3 , prepare 10mol / L AgNO 3 solution to determine the Ag content. Weigh 1g, 1.5g, and 2g of dried fiber respectively for leaching experiment.

[0036] Other operations are as in Example 1.

[0037] The content of Ag in the effluent cannot be detected, and the extraction effect of the prepared fiber material is better in this dosage range.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for a silver extraction material. The preparation method comprises the following two steps: selecting specific fibers, using an organic alcohol type compound as a solvent, adding a balanced amount of aminopyridine reagent, and generating a reaction at a certain temperature; separating the fibers after reaction, cleaning the fibers by using a balanced amount of distilled water, and drying the fibers in an extraction manner; taking the dried fibers, utilizing a chlorinated alkane type reagent as a solvent, adding a balanced amount of hydroxylamine type reagent, and enabling reaction at a certain temperature; separating the fibers after the reaction, cleaning the fibers by using the distilled water, treating the fibers by using HCl, cleaning the fibers again by using the distilled water, and then drying in the extraction manner. According to the preparation method for the silver extraction material, an acrylonitrile polymer is taken as a framework, and an alcohol type reagent is taken as a solvent, so that amino modification is performed; and then the chlorinated alkane type reagent is utilized as a solvent, thereby hydroxylamine modification is performed; therefore, high-efficiency ion exchange fiber materials are prepared. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple to operate and low in cost, and can effectively solve silver recycle and utilization problems.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a silver extraction material, in particular to the preparation of an ion exchange fiber, which is suitable for extracting silver ions in waste water. Background technique [0002] Because silver-containing wastewater is highly toxic to humans and the environment, it is easy to cause pollution problems, and silver is a precious metal. For many years, people have studied the treatment methods of this kind of wastewater, mainly including chemical precipitation and ion exchange resin. [0003] Chemical precipitation is a conventional treatment method for most heavy metals. It forms insoluble precipitation reagents under alkaline conditions. The process has high requirements on equipment, temperature and environment, and occupies a large area. The method of using ion exchange resin to treat silver-containing wastewater can facilitate the recovery of silver in subsequent processes, and can be used after regene...
