Problems solved by technology

At the same time, low water content also affects cell movement or enzyme diffusion, which in turn affects the contact between cells or enzymes and substrates, and ultimately affects the rate and efficiency of gas production
In addition, due to the difficulty of cell movement and enzyme diffusion, it is necessary to increase the amount of inoculation to achieve rapid start-up, which increases the operating cost. Second, the inhomogeneity of the structure, composition and particle size of the reaction substrate makes the system operation difficult to control and continuous operation unstable.
Third, the stirring resistance is large, making it difficult to stir and mix the matrix
[0008] In summary, most of the current domestic waste degradation technologies use dry anaerobic or aerobic degradation, but the complex composition of domestic waste in my country leads to low process stability and difficult operation and maintenance, making it difficult for engineering application

specific Embodiment approach

[0040] As shown in the figure, it shows a specific embodiment of the present invention. The domestic waste resource utilization anaerobic digestion biogas production method disclosed by the present invention includes the following steps:

[0041] (1) Crushing: crush domestic waste to a particle size less than or equal to 200mm;

[0042] (2) Squeeze: convey the crushed garbage to the squeezing device for extrusion and separation into dry basis and wet basis;

[0043] (3) dry basis treatment; the dry basis obtained by pressing is sent to a waste incineration plant for incineration and power generation;

[0044] (4) Wet base treatment; the wet base obtained by pressing is sent to the light impurity separation device and the heavy impurity separation device in turn to separate and remove the light impurities and heavy impurities in the wet base; the separated light impurities are transferred to the waste incineration plant for incineration Power generation treatment, the separate...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a system for anaerobic digestion biogas generation by recycling of household garbage. The method includes steps: (1) crushing; (2) pressing; (3) dry-basis treatment; (4) wet-basis treatment; (5) hydrolytic acidification; (6) anaerobic fermentation; (7) anaerobic fermentation biogas treatment, to be more specific, delivering biogas generated by anaerobic fermentation to a biological desulfurization device through a pipeline to remove hydrogen sulfide; delivering biogas without hydrogen sulfide to a gas storage through a pipeline to realize temporary storage, wherein one parallel circuit of the gas storage is in connection with a torch to realize incineration treatment of excessive biogas, and the other parallel circuit of the gas storage is delivered to a biogas utilization device. The method and the system for anaerobic digestion biogas generation by recycling of household garbage have advantages that the problem of limitation of dry anaerobic and aerobiotic treatment for degradation of household garbage is solved; conversion of the household garbage into biogas is realized, simplicity in operation is achieved, and the system is stable and easy for engineering popularization and application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to domestic waste treatment technology, and is specifically used for resource treatment of domestic waste. Background technique [0002] With the advancement of national urbanization and the improvement of residents' living standards, the generation of urban domestic waste in my country is increasing rapidly; Garbage has not been treated safely and effectively, and the random pile of municipal solid waste and the secondary pollution caused by it have become prominent, and have aroused widespread concern in the society. The domestic garbage refers to the high-solid garbage produced by people in the daily life of residential quarters, and its main components are perishable garbage (40% to 65%), inorganic garbage (25% to 35%), packaging garbage (15%) %~20%) and hazardous waste (about 3%). [0003] At present, the treatment and disposal of municipal solid waste mainly adopts landfill, incineration, composting, dry anaerobic and other...
