The method includes steps: (1) crushing; (2) pressing; (3) dry-basis treatment; (4) wet-basis treatment; (5) hydrolytic acidification; (6) anaerobic fermentation; (7) anaerobic fermentation biogas treatment, to be more specific, delivering biogas generated by anaerobic fermentation to a biological desulfurization device through a pipeline to remove hydrogen sulfide; delivering biogas without hydrogen sulfide to a gas storage through a pipeline to realize temporary storage, wherein one parallel circuit of the gas storage is in connection with a torch to realize incineration treatment of excessive biogas, and the other parallel circuit of the gas storage is delivered to a biogas utilization device. The method and the system for anaerobic digestion biogas generation by recycling of household garbage have advantages that the problem of limitation of dry anaerobic and aerobiotic treatment for degradation of household garbage is solved; conversion of the household garbage into biogas is realized, simplicity in operation is achieved, and the system is stable and easy for engineering popularization and application.
