The lavender essence starched capsule comprises, by weight, 0.10-0.25 part of waxy corn starch, 0.01-0.02 part of a sodium hydroxide solution 5% in mass fraction, 0.30-1.12 parts of polysorbate 20, 4.23-5.20 parts of span 80, 80.73-83.50 parts of cyclohexane, 4.00-5.25 parts of lavender essence, 0.20-0.52 part of benzoyl peroxide, 0.80-2.16 parts of N'N-methylene bisacrylamide and 1.98-9.63 parts of distilled water. The invention further provides a preparation method of the lavender essence starched capsule, under the multiple-emulsion system, and the lavender essence is coated with the starch to prepare the spherical lavender essence starched capsule which is uniform in size distribution and 10.57%-14.06% in coating rate.
