Problems solved by technology

Jiang Wei et al. (2011) used ethyl cellulose as the wall material and added emulsifiers such as ethyl acetate and sodium lauryl sulfate to prepare seabuckthorn oil microcapsules with an oil loading of 42.3-62.3%, but its The embedding rate is only 87.1-89.6%, and ethyl cellulose is almost insoluble in water, and the water dispersibility of microcapsules is poor

Embodiment 1

[0028] A preparation method of water-soluble seabuckthorn oil microcapsules with high oil loading, comprising the following steps:

[0029] (1) The main component of the wall material is sodium starch octenyl succinate, with or without the addition of inulin and maltodextrin. Add an appropriate amount of distilled water to dissolve, wall material: distilled water (w:w)=1:2-1:4, to obtain a wall material solution;

[0030] (2) The wall material solution is sterilized by heating in a water bath at 75-85°C for 30 minutes;

[0031] (3) Cool down the sterilized wall material solution obtained in step (2) to 50-60°C, add seabuckthorn oil with a weight of 95%-110% of the wall material, and emulsify at 6000-10000 rpm for 20 minutes at high speed to form a soluble solid content More than 40% coarse emulsion;

[0032] The seabuckthorn oil is a mixture of seabuckthorn seed oil and seabuckthorn whole fruit oil (v:v=1:1);

[0033] (4) Homogenize the 30-60MPa emulsion obtained in step (3...

Embodiment 2

[0036] This embodiment provides a method for preparing water-soluble seabuckthorn oil microcapsules with high oil loading, comprising the following steps:

[0037] 1. Weigh a certain amount of sodium starch octenyl succinate, add 3 times the mass of the wall material to dissolve in water, heat and sterilize in a water bath at 80°C for 25 minutes, and obtain the wall material solution;

[0038] 2. Cool the wall material solution to 50-60°C, add pretreated seabuckthorn fruit oil of the same quality as the wall material, high-speed shear at 6000-10000rpm for 20min, and homogenize twice at 40MPa to obtain a uniform and stable emulsion;

[0039] The treatment method of the pre-treated seabuckthorn juice oil is as follows: weigh a certain amount of seabuckthorn juice oil, add 1-2.5‰ vitamin E, and heat in a water bath at 60-70°C for 5-10 minutes;

[0040] 3. Centrifugal spray drying. Using centrifugal spraying, the air inlet temperature is 185°C, the air outlet temperature is 90°C,...

Embodiment 3

[0043] This embodiment provides a method for preparing water-soluble seabuckthorn oil microcapsules with high oil loading, comprising the following steps:

[0044] 1. According to the ratio of starch sodium octenyl succinate: maltodextrin: inulin (w:w:w) = 55:30:15, add 2 times the mass of wall material to dissolve, heat and sterilize in a water bath at 85°C to obtain Wall material solution;

[0045] 2. Cool the wall material solution to 60°C, add 0.4% ascorbic acid by weight of the wall material solution and 95% pretreated sea buckthorn oil by weight of the wall material, high-speed shear at 6000-10000rpm for 15min, and homogenize at 50MPa for 3 times to obtain a uniform and stable Emulsion;

[0046] The seabuckthorn oil is a mixture of seabuckthorn peel oil and seabuckthorn juice oil (v:v=1:2.5); the pretreatment method is: weigh a certain amount of the above mixture, add 1.5‰ vitamin E, and heat at 65°C Heating in a water bath for 8 minutes;

[0047] 3. Spray drying. Us...

Abstract

The invention provides water-soluble sea buckthron oil microcapsules with high oil carrying capacity and a preparation method thereof. The microcapsules mainly take starch sodium octenylsuccinate as a wall material. A specific process comprises the following steps: dissolving the wall material by using a suitable amount of water and performing pasteurizing; then, cooling to 50 to 60 DEG C and performing high-speed shearing; adding pretreated sea buckthron oil to prepare a macro emulsion with the soluble solid content of 40 percent or higher; performing spray-drying after high-pressure homogenizing to obtain the sea buckthron oil microcapsule powder. The oil carrying capacity of the microcapsules reaches 48 percent, and the embedding rate of the microcapsules exceeds 97 percent. The product prepared by the preparation does not use an emulsifying agent, is high in water dispersibility, simple in process flow, high in operability, high in repeatability and suitable for industrialized continuous production, and has the shelf life of 18 months.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical fields of functional oil processing technology and oil microencapsulation, in particular to a water-soluble seabuckthorn oil microcapsule with high oil loading and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Seabuckthorn is a commonly used medicine in ancient Chinese Tibetan medicine and Mongolian medicine. In 1977, seabuckthorn was officially included in the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia". In the 1980s, seabuckthorn was listed as the first batch of medicinal and edible plants in my country by the Ministry of Health. Seabuckthorn is warm and sour in nature, and has the effects of promoting blood circulation and dispelling blood stasis, reducing phlegm and broadening the chest, promoting body fluid and quenching thirst. Seabuckthorn oil is the essence of seabuckthorn. It is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, vitamin A, flavonoids and other active ingredients. It has the effects of lowering blood f...
