Problems solved by technology

However, the ferroferric oxide-graphene composite material prepared by this method is only suitable for paints with less viscosity because the graphene therein is a three-dimensional network structure, and it is added to excessively viscous paints lead to uneven dispersion

Embodiment 1

[0034] (1) Preparation of graphite oxide

[0035] Weigh 0.5g flake graphite, add 4.5g potassium permanganate into a three-necked flask and mix well. Measure 7.5mL of concentrated phosphoric acid into the beaker, measure 60mL of concentrated sulfuric acid and slowly pour it into the concentrated phosphoric acid. Place the three-neck flask in an ice-water bath and stir. Slowly add the above mixed acid, stir and react at 30~40°C for 1h, then raise the temperature to 50°C and continue the reaction for 12h. Cool to room temperature after the reaction, slowly pour the reaction product into ice water containing 10mL hydrogen peroxide, let it stand, pour off the supernatant, filter with suction, and wash the filter cake with 5% hydrochloric acid until there is no SO in the filtrate. 4 2- , followed by alternating washing with deionized water and ethanol to neutrality, and vacuum drying at 50° C. for 24 h to obtain graphite oxide.

Embodiment 2

[0043] (1) Preparation of graphite oxide: with example 1;

[0044] (2) Preparation of ferric oxide: same as example 1;

[0045] (3) Preparation of magnetic Fe3O4 / graphene composite material: Dissolve 25mg of graphite oxide in 25mL of distilled water and disperse by ultrasonic for 10~15min; add 0.1g of Fe3O4 into the graphite oxide solution and ultrasonically for 10~15min Make it mix evenly; add 3~5mL ammonia water dropwise to the mixture to make the pH value of the solution about 12~13, then add 3~5mL hydrazine hydrate dropwise to it, and sonicate for 1~2min; transfer the reaction to the reaction kettle, React at 180°C for 12h, cool to room temperature, wash, and dry under vacuum at 60°C to obtain the final product.

[0046] (4) Preparation of magnetic paint: Same as Example 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a magnetic ferroferric oxide/graphene composite material. The method comprises the following steps: ultrasonically dispersing graphite oxide into water to form graphite oxide dispersion liquid, adding ferroferric oxide into the graphite oxide dispersion liquid, and ultrasonically dispersing and uniformly mixing; dropwise adding ammonia water into a mixed system, so that pH of the mixed system is equal to 12 to 13, then adding a hydrazine hydrate solution, and ultrasonically treating for 1 to 2 min; and transferring the system into a reaction kettle, reacting for 10 to 12 h at 160 to 180 DEG C, cooling to the room temperature, washing, and drying to obtain the ferroferric oxide/graphene composite material. By virtue of test, the composite material has good dispersity, so that the composite material can be used for preparing magnetic paint, and further preparing an electromagnetic shielding layer.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the preparation of a magnetic ferroferric oxide / graphene composite material, in particular to a method for synthesizing a magnetic ferroferric oxide / graphene composite material in one step through a hydrothermal method using graphite oxide and ferroferric oxide as raw materials Method; the present invention also relates to the application of the composite material prepared by the above method in the preparation of magnetic paint, which belongs to the technical field of composite materials and membrane materials. Background technique [0002] graphene is sp 2 A planar thin film of dense single-layer two-dimensional honeycomb structure composed of bonded carbon atoms. Since its discovery in 2004, it has received extensive attention because of its outstanding physical, thermal, optical, and electrical properties. The thermal conductivity of graphene can reach 3000~5000Wm -1 K -1 , is ten times that of copper. The elec...
