The carbonization treatment device comprises a screw conveying pump, a back mixing machine, a drying machine, a dry material conveyor, a carbonizing machine and a carbon discharging machine which are sequentially connected and communicated, wherein the carbon discharging machine is used for transporting materials; the back mixing machine is connected and communicated with the dry material conveyor; part of dry materials formed by drying in the drying machine and the oily sludge are mixed in the back mixing machine; a material cavity and a combustion chamber of the carbonizing machine, which are connected by a pipeline, are arranged on the carbonizing machine; the combustion chamber is positioned below the material cavity of the carbonizing machine and is used for recovering pyrolysis gas generated by the material cavity of the carbonizing machine; a heating cavity of the drying machine is arranged on the drying machine and is connected and communicated with the combustion chamber through a pipeline; heat-containing flue gas exhausted by the carbonizing machine is conveyed in the drying machine.
