Abstract

The invention provides a plant fiber blended skin-friendly shell fabric and a processing method thereof. The processing method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing corn fiber yarns; (2) preparing lavender essential oil microcapsules by adopting a complex coacervation process; (3) producing lavender essential oil controlled-release-soybean protein fibers; (4) weaving, namely taking the corn fiber yarns obtained in the step (1) as warps and the lavender essential oil controlled-release-soybean protein fibers obtained in the step (3) as wefts, and weaving into a shell fabric by adopting the conventional weaving method; (5) dyeing; and (6) carrying out dyeing aftertreatment.
