Abstract

The invention relates to a polystyrene-calcium silicate thermal insulation mortar containing papermaking sludge and a preparation method thereof. The polystyrene-calcium silicate thermal insulation mortar containing the papermaking sludge comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 20-50 parts of calcium silicate particles containing papermaking white mud, 3-5 parts of polystyrene particles, 5-20 parts of ink papermaking sludge, 5-20 parts of ecological papermaking sludge, 5-20 parts of alkali recovered papermaking white mud, 0.4-0.6 part of cellulose ether, 0.2-0.4 part of an air entraining agent, 0.5-0.7 part of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, and 40-80 parts of water. The polystyrene-calcium silicate thermal insulation mortar is prepared by the following method: mixing evenly the alkali recovered papermaking white mud, the sulphoaluminate cement, the cellulose ether and the air entraining agent to obtain a mixed powder; adding water to the ink papermaking sludge, the ecological papermaking sludge and the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, and stirring evenly to form a mixed liquid; adding the mixed powder into the mixed liquid, stirring, adding the calcium silicate particles having the amount 50% that of the total amount of the calcium silicate particles, then adding polystyrene particles, stirring, finally adding the remaining calcium silicate particles, stirring evenly, and molding and curing to obtain the thermal insulation mortar.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and in particular relates to a polystyrene-calcium silicate thermal insulation mortar containing papermaking sludge and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Insulation mortar is a kind of ready-mixed dry powder mortar made of various light materials as aggregate, cement as cement, mixed with some modified additives, and mixed by mixing. It is used to construct the insulation layer of building surface. A building material. Polystyrene (EPS) and vitrified microbeads (heat-resistant aggregate) are used as lightweight aggregates, sulphoaluminate cement is used as cementitious material, and some modifiers are added to prepare thermal insulation mortar. It has excellent thermal performance and thermal insulation performance, and has been commercially applied. However, vitrified microbeads are porous materials, which can easily cause high water absorption, poor mechanical prope...
