Abstract

The invention relates to a tanning agent for donkey skins and a donkey skin tanning process. The tanning agent consists of dibutyl itaconate, diisocyanate, urea resins, 2-oxopyrrolidine, maleic acid, bicarboxyethyl amine, sodium phthalate, carboxybenzaldehyde, di-n-butylamine, fatty aldehyde and sodium methallyl sulfonate. The tanning process can perform the procedures of water leaching, fleshing, softening, tanning and airing on the donkey skins. The tanning agent achieves an excellent tanning effect on the donkey skins in a targeted manner; the tanning agent is adopted to tan the donkey skins to effectively simplify the procedures; donkey leathers can be obtained by only performing the procedures of water leaching, fleshing, softening, tanning and airing on the donkey skins; the tanning procedure achieves a fat burning effect on the donkey skins; the tanning process is effectively simplified; the tanning efficiency is effectively improved; the production cost is effectively reduced; and the produced donkey leathers have such excellent characteristics as softness, fineness, wear resistance and high elasticity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a tanning agent and a tanning process thereof, in particular to a tanning agent especially suitable for donkey hides and a donkey hide tanning process thereof. Background technique [0002] Leather is denatured and non-perishable animal skin obtained through physical and chemical processing such as depilation and tanning. Leather is composed of natural protein fibers tightly woven in three-dimensional space. There is a special grain layer on the surface, which has natural grain and luster, and feels comfortable. [0003] The current leather tanning process is relatively complicated. For example, the Chinese invention patent with application number 201310725180.5 provides a goatskin synthetic tanning process. Meat → secondary degreasingpicklingsoftening → tanning → neutralizationdrying with water → regain moisture and shovel until soft. The tanning process requires multiple processes of immersion in water, degreasing,...
