The capsicin rat-proof agent is mainly composed of a microcapsule core material and a microcapsule wall material coating the exterior thereof. The preparation method includes the steps of: S1) preparing a water emulsion of the microcapsule core material; S2) preparing hydrosol of the microcapsule wall material; S3) preparing the microcapsule rat-proof agent. The microcapsule core material comprises, by weight, 1-30% of nonivamide, 0.5-15% of cyclic imide, 10-90% of castor oil, 0.1-5%of hydrophobic organo-siloxane, and 1-50% of a surfactant. In the invention, the capsicin is coated with a high-molecular material so as to produce the microcapsule rat-proof agent. Due to isolation by the high-molecular material, oxidization and dampness absorbing hydrolysis of the capsicin are avoided.
