The method comprises the following three steps of: carrying out coating with an adhesiveafter polishing the surface of an aluminum-plastic plate, carrying out roll-pressure with a PE colored-texture film, and carrying out vacuum centrifugation on the semi-finished product of the aluminum-plastic plate, wherein the component material of the adhesive is composed of the following raw materials: tween-20, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, dibutyl phthalate, ethylene glycol, polyacrylamide, carbomer resin, amino polyamide, and the balance of ethyl acetate. The dibutyl phthalate has a defoaming property, so that the intermolecular forces of a polymer can be effectively reduced, and the flowability of the adhesive can be increased; the ethylene glycol has a certain anti-freezing property, so that the adhesive is promoted to be not denatured at a low temperature; and the component materials are matched with each other and mutually exert a synergistic effect to improve the high temperature resistance, the compressive strength and the stability of the PE colored-texture decorative surface aluminum-plastic plate.
