Abstract

The invention discloses a special adhesive for phenolic compact laminate plates. The special adhesive comprises formaldehyde, urea, melamine, an accelerator, a defoamer, a dispersant, a modifier, calcium carbonate nano-powder, a black pigment and water. A preparation method of the special adhesive comprises the following steps: (1) weighing all above components, and heating the components to meltthe components; (2) adding the dispersant, the calcium carbonate nano-powder and the black pigment; (3) adding the formaldehyde, and adding melamine and a first batch of urea; (4) adding a second batch of urea, and performing a reaction; (5) adding the accelerator, the defoamer and a third batch of urea, and performing a reaction; and (6) adding a substance obtained in step (1) and a substance obtained in step (2), and performing heat insulation to obtain the special adhesive. The adhesive obtained in the invention is used for the production of existing high-density fiberboards, and especiallyused for the production of the phenolic compact laminate plates. A result shows that the internal bonding strength and the surface bonding strength of the special adhesive for the phenolic compact laminate plates exceed the detection range of an instrument, so the special adhesive has excellent bonding ability, and the use amount of the special adhesive is 8-15% less than that of conventional urea-formaldehyde resin adhesives.
