Problems solved by technology

Due to years of use, the existing bacterial blight of rice has strong resistance to streptomycin, and as an antibiotic, streptomycin residues in the environment and in plants will also cause harm to the environment and the health of humans and animals. The effect of streptomycin in the control of rice bacterial blight cannot be maintained by increasing the amount of use

[0016] (1) Test method

[0017] Adopt turbidity method, tested the inhibitory activity of each experimental drug to rice bacterial blight (Xanthomonasoryza epv.oryzae (Xoo)), concrete operation steps are as follows:

[0018] A. Add 1000mL sterilized distilled water into a 2000mL beaker, add 5.0g peptone,

[0019] Yeast powder 1.0g, glucose 10.0g, beef extract 3.0g, after stirring evenly, adjust the pH to neutral (7.2±0.2) with sodium hydroxide aqueous solution;

[0020] B. Clean and sterilize the test tubes and put them on the test tube rack. Use a pipette gun to pipette 4.0mL of the solution in step A into each test tube and then add a rubber stopper. Pack each 6 test tubes once. Use a sterilizing pot at 121 Sterilize at ℃ for 20 minutes before use;

[0021] C. Weigh 0.00375-0.0042g sample to be tested in a centrifuge tube, dissolve it with 150μL DMSO, pipette 80μL and 40μL respectively into sterilized numbered centrif...

Abstract

A plant fungicide for prevention and control of rice diseases comprises at least one adjuvant and streptomycin sulfate and 3-O-(N-5-(phenyl)sulfydryl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-radical)-acetamide-2-radical)-3', 4', 5', 5, 7-pentamethoxyl myricetin (A2) which are of the mass ratio being 1 : (0.25 to 0.35). The dosage form of the plant fungicide for prevention and control of rice diseases is selected fromwettable powder, suspending agent and soluble powder. The total mass of streptomycin sulfate and the compound (A2) accounts for 15-30% of the total mass of the plant fungicide. If the plant fungicideis of the form of wettable powder, its adjuvant refers to the adjuvant adaptable to the wettable powder and comprising dispersant, a wetting agent, a suspending agent and a carrier; preferably, the dispersant refers to nekal BX, the wetting agent refers to lauryl sodium sulfate and the suspending agent refers to sodium carboxymethylcellulose.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medicine for preventing and controlling rice diseases. Background technique [0002] Rice bacterial blight is a bacterial disease and one of the three major diseases of rice in China. It mainly occurs in the rice areas of East China, Central China, and South China, and is also distributed in some rice areas of Northwest, Southwest, North China, and Northeast China. The causative bacteria of rice bacterial blight belong to the genus Pseudomonas and Xanthomonas. Infected rice yields can be reduced by 50-60%, or even lost. As an aminoglycoside antibiotic, streptomycin sulfate is used in the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in the field of human and veterinary medicine, and in the field of pesticides, it can be used to prevent and control various bacterial and fungal diseases including rice bacterial blight. Due to years of use, the existing bacterial blight of rice has strong resistance to streptomycin, and as an antib...
