Problems solved by technology

[0005] The inventor found that the way of covering the cover of the paper document can only protect the cover of the paper document, and the paper document, especially the paper document with at least two pages, usually needs to be read by the user for a long time. The paper inside the document is extremely vulnerable to exposure to ultraviolet light and other environments that aggravate paper aging

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for protecting a paper document by adopting an electrospun fiber membrane. The method is applied to paper documents and comprises the following steps: directly subjecting various paper surfaces of the paper documents as receiving substrates to electrospinning with an electrospinning solution prepared from an ultraviolet shielding agent so as to form electrospun fiber membranes, further subjecting the surfaces of the electrospun fiber membranes to electrostatic coating with an electrostatic coating solution prepared from a fluorine-free waterproofing agent and an ultraviolet absorbent so as to form electrostatic coated protective membranes, and allowing an inorganic-organic compounded waterproof, air-permeable and ultraviolet-resistant membrane material to tightly adhere to various paper surfaces of the paper documents, wherein the membrane structure of the membrane material is a multistage rough structure; thus, by combination of the modification of thefluorine-free waterproofing agent, the membrane material has good superhydrophobicity; and through the dual effects of the ultraviolet shielding agent and the ultraviolet absorbent, the target of increasing the effect of ultraviolet resistance through inorganic-organic compounding is realized, so the membrane material has high ultraviolet protection ability and air permeability, and the paper documents are more comprehensively protected.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of protective films, in particular to a method for protecting paper documents by using an electrospun fiber film. Background technique [0002] The cultural relics, books and materials with paper as the carrier play an irreplaceable and important role in the spread of human civilization, social progress and the development of science and technology. However, with the passage of time, these paper documents are extremely vulnerable to the erosion of the external environment and cause aging and damage, so that the paper documents with commemorative or cultural relic significance gradually disappear. [0003] Most of the existing archives in our country are paper archives. Every year, the state, museums, or families need to spend a lot of money on the maintenance of these paper archives. In recent years, the fear of aging and self-destruction of books and archives has been recognized by countries all over the w...
