Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing oxidization-resisting biological oil by taking waste poplar powder as a raw material and belongs to the technical field of biomass utilization. According to the method provided by the invention, waste poplar produced in an industrial processing process is used as the raw material and is liquefied to obtain the biological oil. Equipment for liquefaction is an intermittent type reaction kettle; a liquefaction solvent is water; the reaction temperature is 220 to 280 DEG C and heat insulation is carried out for 30min; a liquefaction product is subjected to filtering, leaching, extraction and rotary evaporation to obtain the biological oil. The method provided by the invention realizes effective utilization of the waste poplar powder in the industrial processing process and an operation method is simple; meanwhile, a liquefaction condition is that the water is used as the solvent so that environment protection is facilitated. A biological oilproduct produced by the method has relatively strong oxidization resistance and the removing rate of free radicals reaches 90.85 percent at maximum; the method has a good application prospect.
