Abstract

The invention provides granules for improving dyslipidemia. The granules are prepared from the following raw and auxiliary materials in parts by weight: 5 to 55 parts of nitraria sibirica pall seed extract, 10 to 25 parts of starch, 5 to 30 parts of dextrin and 1 to 6 parts of flavoring agent, wherein the nitraria sibirica pall seed extract is prepared from the following method: taking nitraria sibirica pall seeds; taking an ethanol water solution as a solvent and extracting; after concentrating an extracting solution until the solution has no alcohol taste, extracting by utilizing a petroleumether-water system; taking a water layer and removing the solvent to obtain the nitraria sibirica pall seed extract. The invention further provides a preparation method and application of the granules. A research shows that the nitraria sibirica pall seed extract provided by the invention can be used for reducing total cholesterol, total triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in blood serum of hyperlipemia rats; meanwhile, pathological section observation on liver tissues of each group of the rats also finds out that the extract can be used for improving the changes of fat tissues and cell morphology of fatty livers in different degrees, and a new option is provided for clinical prevention or treatment of hyperlipidemia or the fatty livers.
