Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, trifolium pretense is directly sent into a crushing device for kneading and crushing into broken grass with a length of 1-2 cm to obtain a fermentation raw material; step 2, a micro-organism stock solution obtained by mixing saccharomyces cerevisiae, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus acidophilus and lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis at a weight ratio is inoculated into the prepared fermented raw material in the step 1; and a certain amount of sugar is added for fermentation to obtain a fermentation product; and step 3, the prepared fermentation product in the step 2 is separated to obtain a liquid fermented product.
