Embodiment 1

[0026] A large number of phosphorescent complex materials [Cu(BINAP)(4,4’-bipy)] (PF 6 ) Crystal sample preparation: Weigh 0.037g (0.1mmol) of Cu(CH 3 EN) 4 PF 6 , 0.062g (0.1mmol) of BINAP, 0.031g (0.2mmol) of 4,4'-bipy; respectively dissolved in 5ml of dichloromethane and mixed sequentially, stirring fully to make the coordination reaction fully occur, and a dark yellow clear solution; the above solution was rotary evaporated under reduced pressure at room temperature to remove all solvents, and finally obtained an orange-yellow crystal product with a yield of 92% (calculated as Cu).

Embodiment 2

[0028] Synthesis of orange-yellow phosphorescent complex material [Cu(BINAP)(4,4'-bipy)](PF 6 ) single crystal: Weigh 0.037g (0.1mmol) of Cu(CH 3 EN) 4 PF 6 , 0.062g (0.1mmol) of BINAP, 0.031g (0.2mmol) of 4,4'-bipy; respectively dissolved in 5ml of dichloromethane and mixed sequentially, stirring fully to make the coordination reaction fully occur, and a dark yellow clear solution; after filtration, the upper layer of the solution was covered with n-hexane to promote crystallization of the product, and after standing for a few days, a large number of orange-yellow granular crystals were precipitated. Pick an orange-yellow granular crystal with a size of 0.45mm*0.29mm*0.20mm for X-ray single crystal structure test. The molecular structure of the compound is shown in the attached figure 1 , and its unit cell packing structure is shown in the attached figure 2 .

Abstract

The invention discloses a cuprous complex orange-yellow phosphorescence material with crystal form being of a linear polymerization structure and a preparation method thereof. A phosphorescence complex is obtained by complexing cuprous salt and ligand, and the molecular structure of the phosphorescence complex is shown as [Cu(BINAP)(4, 4'-bipy)]n(PF6)n, wherein BINAP is diphosphine ligand 1, 1'-dinaphthalene-2, 2'-double diphenyl phosphine, 4, 4'-bipy is nitrogen-containing ligand 4, 4'-bipyridine, and n is repetitive unit number of polymer structure which is similar to polymerization degree. The complex has the advantages that micromolecules are easy for purification and luminescence efficiency is high and has high thermostability. The material is obtained through direct mixing reaction of Cu(CH3CN)4PF6 and a dichloromethane solution of the ligand, thereby having the advantages of simple and convenient process, simple equipment, easy-to-get raw materials and low cost. The material canserve as a photoluminescence orange yellow phosphorescence material and can be used as a luminescent layer phosphorescence layer in an electroluminescence device composed of multiple layers of organic materials.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of luminescent materials, to the fields of photoluminescent materials and electroluminescent materials, in particular to the field of organic electroluminescent materials. Background technique [0002] With the advent of the information age, the foundation of information technology is undergoing development from electronics, optoelectronics to photonics, and the 21st century will be the age of photon information. Because information technology requires high speed, and because the speed of photons is much faster than that of electrons, photonics, photochemistry and photonic materials, as the technical support of information science, have attracted more and more attention from the scientific and technological circles. Functional materials with special photophysical and photochemical properties have been more and more researched, and have increasingly shown attractive application prospects in the fields of elec...
