According to the preparation method, the polymerizationinhibitor formula and the coating material formula are changed, coating layer preparation conditions are mild, energy consumption is low, the cooperative effect of the polymerization inhibitor with the dispersant is capable of inhibiting formation of oligomers on the coating layer, and coating layer polymerization inhibition effect is improved.
