The preparation method comprises the following steps of preparing sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and distilled water into sodium carboxymethyl cellulose water solution of which the mass percentage is 1%-2%; adding acrylamide of which the mass is 2-8 times as great as that of the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose into the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose water solution, and then adding a cross-linking agent which accounts for 0.01%-2% of the total weight of the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and the acrylamide; enabling nitrogen to enter into a closed system and isolating the air, and adding an initiating agent which accounts for 1%-2% of the total mass of the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and the acrylamide; and discharging after carrying out constant-temperature reaction for 4-12 hours under the temperature of 30-60 DEG C. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the acrylamide is grafted to the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, polymer weal gel with a mesh structure is formed under the action of the initiating agent and the cross-linking agent, and a polymer weak gel system integrates the advantages of the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and the acrylamide.

The invention relates to a novel nickel-based liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) water vapor reforming catalyst and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of catalyst preparation processes. The LPG water vapor reforming catalyst consists of oxides of nickel, magnesium and aluminum. The LPG water vapor reforming catalyst is characterized in that: the nickel content is 5 to 20 weight percent, and the molar ratio of the magnesium to the aluminum is 0.5-2:1. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: titrating soluble magnesium nitrate and aluminum nitrate to obtain sediment by using alkali liquor; performing suction-filtration, washing, drying and baking the sediment to obtain a magnesium aluminum composite oxide carrier; and loading a certain amount of nickel on the obtained carrier by an immersion method, and drying and baking the carrier again to obtain a finished catalyst product. The prepared catalyst has the advantages of high catalytic activity, wide usage temperature, good catalytic stability, high mechanical strength, low production cost and the like. The life experiment results show that the preferable 15 weight percent Ni/Mg1.25 (Al) catalyst is a potential LPG water vapor reforming catalyst.

The invention provides a high-temperature proton exchange membrane in a porous hydrogel base as well as a preparation method and an application of the membrane. The preparation method of the high-temperature proton exchange membrane comprises the following steps of: automatically-polymerizing a hydrophilic monomer or enabling the hydrophilic monomer and a hydrophilic macromolecule to form a (semi) interpenetrating network structure hydrogel film; swelling the (semi) interpenetrating network structure hydrogel film by adsorbing deionized water; and adsorbing a proton conductor aqueous solution through vacuum-freezing and drying to obtain the high-temperature proton exchange membrane in the porous hydrogel base, wherein the proton conductivity of the prepared proton exchange membrane in the porous hydrogel base can reach 0.1S.cm<-1> to 0.15S.cm<-1>. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is better than the conventional preparation method for the proton exchange membrane doped with a proton conductor, and capable of adsorbing the proton conductor to the three-dimensional network structure of the hydrogel film and firmly sealing the proton conductor by utilizing the porous structure, the swelling property, the unique adsorption and the retainability of the hydrogel film. The high-temperature proton exchange membrane in the porous hydrogel base is large in proton conductor adsorbing capacity, high in proton conductivity, wide in operation temperature range, simple and easy in preparation method, low in cost and large in improvement space.
