Abstract

The method comprises 5 steps including fermentation treatment of alkaline pulp grinding wastewater, reverse osmosis membrane concentration treatment of a clear liquid, alkalinization treatment of a concentrated liquid, direct reuse of reverse osmosis fresh water andlime regeneration. Organic matter is removed from the alkaline pulp grinding wastewater, and regeneration and recycling of sodium hydroxide and lime can be realized. Besides, the alkaline pulp grinding wastewater can be recycled, so that environmental pollution caused by wastewater emission is reduced. Compared with a traditional pulp grinding wastewater treatment method, the method has the advantages as follows: (1) sodium hydroxide can be recovered from the alkaline pulp grinding wastewater; (2) regeneration and recycling of sodium hydroxide and lime can be realized; (3) fresh water is obtained with the reverse osmosis membrane concentration method and then reused as water for pulp grinding and pulp washing, so that wastewater can be recycled, the amount of inorganic sodium salt entrained in paper pulp can be reduced, and the alkali recovery rate can be increased.
