The method comprises the following steps: acquiring wheat distillers'grain raw materials; performing solid-liquid separation; performing expansion drying; performing primary filtration by a nanofiltration membrane; performing enzymatic hydrolysis; performing concentration; performing secondary filtration by a nanofiltration membrane; and acquiring the wheat enzyme paste.
