The preparation method includes: ultrasonically dispersing the nano CuAl2O4 spinel in polyethylene glycol and polyvinyl alcohol solutions for 10-15 h to form a film casting solution, allowing the solution to stand for defoaming, and performing vacuum suction filtration to deposite the film casting solution, doped with the CuAl2O4 spinel, onto the surface of a raw film; drying the film. The mass ratio of the nano CuAl2O4 spinel, polyvinyl alcohol to polyethylene glycol is 1-2:4-6:100. In the invention, the PVDF antibacterial film is modified by nano CuAl2O4 spinel and prepared through surface coating process, so that the method is simple in processand low in cost.
