The cleansing stick comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 to 15 parts of glycerinum, 10 to 20 parts of 1,3-butanediol, 33 to 60 parts of surfactant, 1 to 8 parts of sodium stearate, 2 to 5 parts of stearic acid, 2 to 5 parts of candelilla wax, 5 to 10 parts of C12 to C15 alkanol benzoate, 0.9 to 2 partsof skin conditioning agent, 2.2 to 6.4 parts of absorbent and 0.9 to 1.5 parts of silicon dioxide; the surfactant comprises at least two types of sodium cocoyl isethionate, C14 to C16 sodium olefinsulfonate, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate and coco-betaine; the skin conditioning agent comprises at least three types of panthenol, allantoin, bisabolol and vitamin E acetate; the absorbent comprises at least one type of kieselguhr and trass volcanic ash.
