Embodiment 1

[0053] Add 800 parts of bio-oil and 200 parts of plant polyol into a three-necked flask, stir and heat, and raise the temperature to 120°C. Dehydration under reduced pressure at 120°C for 2 hours, with a pressure of 0.095MPa, and nitrogen protection at the same time. Stop heating after dehydration under reduced pressure, wait for the temperature to drop to 70°C naturally, stop nitrogen flow and return to atmospheric pressure. Add 2 parts of dibutyltin dilaurate, then gradually add 400 parts of toluene diisocyanate within 1 hour, stir and react at 70°C for 3 hours, and obtain a bio-based formaldehyde-free adhesive after cooling.

[0054] The performance indicators of the bio-based formaldehyde-free adhesive prepared in this example are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 2

[0056] Add 700 parts of bio-oil and 250 parts of plant polyol into a three-necked flask, stir and heat, and raise the temperature to 120°C. Add 0.5 parts of stannous octoate and 1 part of dibutyltin dilaurate, then gradually add 200 parts of toluene diisocyanate and 200 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate within 1 hour, stir and react at 70°C for 3.5 hours, and obtain biological Formaldehyde-free adhesive.

[0057] The performance indicators of the bio-based formaldehyde-free adhesive prepared in this example are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 3

[0059] Add 600 parts of bio-oil and 300 parts of plant polyol into a three-necked flask, stir and heat, and raise the temperature to 120°C. Add 1.5 parts of bismuth laurate, then gradually add 400 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate within 1 hour, stir and react at 70°C for 4 hours, and obtain a bio-based formaldehyde-free adhesive after cooling.

[0060] The performance indicators of the bio-based formaldehyde-free adhesive prepared in this example are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses bio-based aldehyde-free adhesive. The adhesive contains the following raw materials in parts by weight: 500-800 parts of bio-oil, 300-500 parts of isocyanate, 200-300 parts ofplant polyol and 1-2 parts of catalytic promoter. The adhesive disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that a biomass pyrolysis product: the bio-oil, which is rich in hydroxyl groups andrigid aromatic benzene ring structures is used as the main raw material, so that excellent water-resistant bonding strength and thermal stability can be given to the adhesive; harmful substances suchas formaldehyde and the like are not added in the preparation process of the adhesive; the adhesive has appropriate viscosity and storage period; and a glued artificial board adopting the adhesive has no formaldehyde release and meets the requirements of national standard type I plywood.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of wood adhesives, in particular to a bio-based formaldehyde-free adhesive for wood-based panels and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] my country's wood-based panel production continues to grow. In 2017, the total output was 295 million cubic meters, and the output value was about 661.7 billion yuan. The adhesive used in wood-based panels is mainly urea-formaldehyde resin, accounting for more than 80% of the total amount. However, due to the non-renewability of formaldehyde and urea, the raw materials for the synthesis of urea-formaldehyde resin, and the release of formaldehyde from glued wood-based panels, searching for various renewable alternative resources has become a research hotspot. With the enhancement of people's awareness of safety and environmental protection, the problem of formaldehyde pollution in indoor rooms has received more and more attention. Research and develo...
