Abstract

The invention relates to a paper chip aptamer sensor and a preparation method thereof. The paper chip aptamer sensor comprises four layers of filter paper, microfluidic channels (1), filter membranes(2), reaction zones (3), counter electrodes (4), reference electrodes (5) and working electrode (6); the four layers of filter paper are a first layer of filter paper, a second layer of filter paper,a third layer of filter paper and a fourth a layer of filter paper which are distributed sequentially from top to bottom; the microfluidic channels (1) are disposed on the first layer of filter paperand the third layer of filter paper; the filter membranes (2) are disposed on the first layer of filter paper, the second layer of filter paper, and the third layer of filter paper, and are communicated with the microfluidic channels (1); the reaction zones (3) are arranged on the third layer of filter paper and are communicated with the microfluidic channels (1) on the third layer of filter paper; the counter electrodes (4) and the reference electrodes (5) are disposed on the second layer of filter paper and are located above the reaction zones (3); the working electrodes (6) are disposed onthe fourth layer of filter paper and are located below the reaction zones (3); the surfaces of the working electrodes (6) are modified with a nanocomposite and are fixedly provided with aptamers.
