Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-fog liquid, which is composed of the following ingredients (by weight): 0.05-10% of a polyol polymer, 0.05-10% of a hydrophilic polymer film forming agent, 0.05-5% of amodification agent, and the balance distilled water. The invention also discloses a method for preparing the anti-fog liquid. In comparison with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: by combining the organosilicon modified polyol polymer and the film forming agent and an effective additive, water spray is rapidly spread to prevent the formation of fog before formation, and a layer of hydrophilic lasting anti-fog film is formed on the material surface. Meanwhile, with the doping of organosilane, timeliness of the anti-fog effect is greatly prolonged. Multi-stage high-molecular polymer of different molecular weight forms a micro-nanostructure, thus enhancing the anti-fog effect. The synthetic method of the invention is simple, has low requirements on equipment, and is easy for large-scale production. The anti-fog liquid contains no surfactant with rich foams, rapidly forms a film after being sprayed, will not affect the sight, is nontoxic and environmentally-friendly, and is convenient to use.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of daily chemical industry, in particular to an anti-fog liquid and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Transparent optical materials, such as polycarbonate (PC) board, polyethylene (PE) and silicate glass, are indispensable materials in modern production, work and life. However, in actual use, under the joint action of temperature and humidity, these transparent materials will produce fogging phenomenon. The reason for fogging is that the moisture in the air condenses on the surface of transparent materials and forms a large number of fine water droplets. The difference in the radius of curvature causes the light irradiated on the surface of the transparent substrate to be diffusely reflected, making it opaque or poor in transparency, seriously blocking the line of sight and affecting people's work and life. This kind of fogging phenomenon will bring many problems to these materials during us...
