Embodiment 1

[0023] The raw material ratio of attapulgite / cement / sodium silicate composite barrier material in this embodiment is:

[0024]

[0025]

[0026] Mix 50 parts of attapulgite with 60 parts of diluent, and stir mechanically at room temperature for 10 minutes. After the temperature drops to room temperature, slowly add 10 parts of cement and 1 part of sodium silicate, mechanically stir for 10 minutes at room temperature, pour the evenly stirred slurry into the barrier wall mold, and pour it while stirring, so that air bubbles remain in the slurry Exclude and smooth the excess mud on the surface of the mold, cover it with plastic film for maintenance, and remove the mold after 15 days.

[0027] The permeability coefficient test was carried out on the materials of the above examples. The permeability coefficient test adopts the T0130-2007 variable water head penetration test in the People's Republic of China industry standard JTGE40-2007 "Highway Soil Test Regulations JTG". T...

Abstract

The invention discloses a composite barrier material for a polluted site and a preparation method thereof. The composite barrier material comprises following components in parts by weight: 60 to 100 parts of modified attapulgite, 50 to 100 parts of a diluent, 10 to 20 parts of cement, and 1 to 5 parts of sodium silicate. The prepared attapulgite / cement / sodium silicate composite barrier material has the advantages of nontoxic property, environmentally friendly property, easily available raw materials, simple application method, and prominent consolidating effect, has a good soil adsorbing performance, low permeability, and durability, and improves the anti-seepage performance of an engineering barrier; the service life is prolonged, and the engineering cost is reduced. Heavy metals in a polluted site can be effectively removed, and the barrier material can be applied to in-situ control of a heavy metal polluted site.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of in-situ pollution control of heavy metal polluted sites, in particular to a composite barrier material used for polluted sites and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] The site environment is facing severe heavy metal pollution, and heavy metal pollution in soil and groundwater is characterized by persistence, concealment, complexity and difficulty in treatment. Contaminated soil and groundwater pose a threat to human health, and drinking water sources contaminated with heavy metals can induce cancer and other diseases. [0003] Controlling the source of heavy metal pollution is an effective way to avoid the expansion of pollution. By blocking and cutting off the way of pollution diffusion, the migration of heavy metals is limited, the risk of heavy metal exposure is reduced, and the purpose of risk control is achieved. Therefore, an economically and technically feasible barrier material is s...
