Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapidly determining 27 elements in a mango leaf by graphite digestion ICP and ICPMS, concretely a research method for determining macro and trace elements in the leaves of Tainung mangos in different producing areas and periods on the basis of ICP-OES and ICP-MS. The method comprises the following steps of (1) early-stage treatment of a sample; (2) calibrationof a sample and a detection limit; (3) sample processing; (4) instrument work parameter setting; and (5) sample determination. The sample is digested by a graphite digestion instrument, and the optimized ICP-OES and ICP-MS method is used to research content of inorganic composition elements in the mango leaf. The measured content of the inorganic elements is calculated and analyzed by a Duucan newmultiple range method in a DPS data processing system, and thus, the 27 elements in the mango leaf are determined and analyzed rapidly.
