Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) weighing organic binding agent and solvent into a container according to a formula proportion, placing the container ina thermostatic water bath, starting an agitator, and controlling temperature at 80-90 DEG C until the organic binding agent and the solvent are dissolved to be clear, supplementing the solvent lost in the heating process, filtering by using a 200-mesh silk screen, and placing the obtained organic carrier in a sealing container to save; 2) placing the organic carrier, solvent and auxiliary dissolved in the step 1) in the container, and uniformly dispersing by using a high-speed dispersion machine; 3) weighing the silver powder and inorganic binding agent according to the formula to add in thecontainer in the step 2), and uniformly dispersing in the high-speed dispersion machine; and 4) grinding by using a three-roll grinder; and 5) degassing in vacuum, and obtaining the silver paste whenthe detection is qualified. The electrode formed by the silver paste on the zinc oxide varistor is complete and compact, and is good in adhesive force with a base material.
