Abstract

The invention relates to a novel polyurethane waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof. The novel polyurethane waterproof coating is prepared from a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200-300 parts of polyether N-240, 400-500 parts of polyether N-3050 and 300-400 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate, and the B component is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-400 parts of polyether N-330, 500-600 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 1-3 parts of an antioxidants, 1-3 partsof an ultraviolet light absorber, 10-20 parts of toner, 40-60 parts of 4,4'-methylene-bis(2-chloroaniline) and 1-5 parts catalyst; and the weight ratio of the component A and the component B is 1: (1-3). The novel polyurethane waterproof coating has excellent performances, does not contain solvents and plasticizers, is friendly to the environment and human bodies, represents the development trendof ecological and environmentally friendly waterproof materials and is suitable for popularization and application.
