The slurry material is composed ofthe following raw materials: 55 to 60 parts of phosphogypsum, 25 to 30 parts of water, 8 to 9 parts of cement, 0.07 to 0.18 part of polyoxyethylene alkylamine, 0.7 to 0.9 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.22 part of acrylic acid, 0.39 part of sodium methallyl sulfonate, 0.01 part of ammonium persulfate, 3.4 to 4.0 parts of sodium bicarbonate and 0.3 part of silica fume. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding polyoxyethylene alkylamine and acrylic acid into water, and carrying out stirring to form a mixed solution; then adding cement, hydroxyethyl cellulose, ammonium persulfate, sodium methallyl sulfonate, silica fume and sodium bicarbonate into the phosphogypsum, and carrying out stirring to form mixed powder; and finally, adding the mixed powder into the mixed solution, and carrying out stirring to prepare expansion slurry.
